Are you seeking a new opportunity to learn about the auto glass industry? We are currently searching for our next motivated entry level Client Account Managerto work directly with our auto glass client portfolio to improve client and customer satisfaction. The entry level Client Account Manager will be the main point of contact and facilitator between car owners and auto glass maintenance and replacement providers.

To improve our success, we work with the right clients, hire the right people, and train everyone organically. The entry level Client Account Manager’s priority is to develop new and innovative ways to market our products and service within a targeted territory to help increase customer initiative and grow revenue for our auto glass clients.

As an entry level Client Account Manager, You Will:

• Connect with potential customers at partnered events, stores and residential appointments to assess autoglass claims and eligibility and then connect them with our clients in the auto glass repair industry for custom solutions and insurance coverage
• Learn and adapt to clients' new products and services they office: this includes our classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars
• Educating consumers on services rendered and adhering to all insurance compliance guidelines
• Learning the techniques and replacement service within the auto glass replacement industry
• Understand the total sales cycle and guide customers through it
• Focus on enhancing our clients and office reputation by using quality customer service skills

Qualifications of the entry level Client Account Manager:

• Ability to build rapport with clients and consumers
• Being comfortable in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented and customer-based environment
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Previous experience in customer service. Sales, client relations or the auto industry
• Has a strong commitment to values
• Self-starter and commitment to succeeding and growing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,571.16 - $54,515.80 per year
